They really took care of my baby. Due to car trouble and sudden changes at work I couldn't bring my baby to get groomed for months! She was severely matted. I always trusted planet poodle. They know what they're doing. The process took HOURS and they gave her a break. Because she was matted so severely they had to shave he down. Not one mark on her! Amazing work by planet poodle highly recommended.

My pup is a wheaten and I am often asked how to keep the Wheaten cut but not so much I can't see her eyes .. thanks to the genius groomers at Poodle Planet my sweet girl is a gorgeous fluffy wheatie with her gorgeous brown eyes for everyone to see ! Grooming a wheatie ( especially a curly Irish coat like my sweet Pepper is challenging.. not for Poodle planet! The staff is kind and fun love this place ♥️

Cant say enough good things!! Our Bernese Mountain Dog pup had the best time and got such a wonderful groom - he literally didn’t want to leave 😆 the staff is so kind and even showed us pictures they took of Bruce while he was getting groomed. Above & beyond. We had Natalie as our groomer and she was amazing. Highly recommend! Well be coming monthly!

[Make sure to check the Yelp reviews as well as these -- they are much worse] [RESPONSE TO OWNER, see below] I was amused by the owner's response; two assertions are patently false. First, I was told I MUST switch to a subscription model for a prescribed length of time (couldn't even change the time frame) and expressly told "no" and "no exceptions" when I asked to continue booking independently. It was not optional. Second, I asked for them to provide me with different pricing packages and options and was told there was one option for my dog. None of these things is in writing and I was never successful in getting any written pricing information, despite numerous requests. It is possible they have lost so many clients they have relaxed their policies or maybe they change the rules to suit the patron, but neither of those things was true in my case. [ORIGINAL REVIEW] This review should be titled: How to Run Away Customers and Ruin Your Business In One Easy Lesson. Like others who have written, I took my pup here and was initially very pleased with the grooming services. Then they switched to a "subscription" model, which is just jargon for: You pay more and get your dog groomed more often than necessary. Now, I was paying the same amount when my dog got a full groom as when he just got a sanitary. Curiously, their online "bill" had much different amounts for both services, but my card was always charged at the higher rate. Then, they mandated how often I should bring my dog in. In addition, they insisted on charging my card two weeks before my appointment each month and, if I had to move it or cancel, it was a big hassle. Then they started automatically setting my appointments for me so I had to work with them to find a new slot. I had to work so couldn't just drop everything to take my dog in at a time and date they chose. Next there were the rate hikes, about 18%. Preferred to get a shorter cuts and wait longer between grooms. Nope. Talked to Beth the owner a few times and, as others have said, she was rude, dismissive and nasty. Finally my husband said: "They are DOG groomers. And yet you're putting up with them telling you when you will get grooming, how much you'll pay upfront, how often you have to go, and when you have to come? Are you NUTS? " That sobered me up. I am now happy to report I found another groomer who lets me make my own decisions and does a very good job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!
